MY WATER PURIFIER AQUAGUARD (WHICH IN UNDER AMC)IS DOWN SINCE 10.08.11. IN SPITE OF REGULAR FOLLOW-UP AT CUSTOMER RESPONSE CENTRE NO ONE HAS TURNED UP YET TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM. AS A RESULT, I HAD TO TAKE UNFILTERED WATER WHICH IS CAUSING HEALTH HAZARD TO ME AND MY FAMILY. A STERN ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR POOR SERVICE IN SPITE OF GIVING AMC WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT.
