Complaint Details
We have purchased one cooler –cum- filter for our business organization in the year 2008. later it developed some problem & we gave it to authorised service centre of M/s. Eureka Forbes at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand for repair. They kept the machine for nearly six months & after vigorous follow up they delivered our machine. On inspection it was found that they at service centre have changed our machine with some other & delivered us an older machine with much of wear & tear. We complained to the service centre but they did nothing to resolve our problem. In the mean time the machine again started to give problem & we again gave our machine to the service centre. Now it has already more than 15 days it has not been repaired.
We therefore request you to get my machine repaired at an earliest & also return us our original machine that have been taken by the service centre.
