Complaint Details
I had ,purchased one Microwave Oven in the year 2007. later in the year 2010 it developed some problem & I sent the machine to service centre at Jamshedpur. They told me that this could not be repaired as tha spare patrs are not avalable now & they returned my microwaveOven.
I am very unsatisfied with the approach of service centre because the Microwave has become useless with in the three year of its purchase.

This has referenc to your complaint against Electrolux regarding unable to repair Microwave oven.

On receipt of your complaint we sent one letter to the Opposite party. Please let us know the current status of your complaint. If there is no reply from you we will treat the case is been resolved and will close it from our end.
