SIR I HAVE PURCHASED A AQU GUARD RO PROTEC PLUS ON 13.12.2010, & ON 07.01.2011 WE CALLED UP TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED NUMBER FOR THE TAP PROBLEM IN THE AQUA GUARD PROTECH PLUS, THE SERVICE ENGINEER CAM AD HE TOLD THAT THE TAP IS NOT IN STOCK AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU WITHIN THREE DAYS, BUT WHEN I CALLED UP THEIR OFFICE ON 12.01.2011, THEY TOLD THAT IS NOT YET CAME SO PLEASE CONTACT SALE HEAD OFFICE, SO I MADE A CALL TO THE SALEM HEAD OFFICE AT 11.00PM ON 12.01.2011 NOW THEY ARE TELLING IT WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS TIME PLEASE TELL US A CONSUMER WHAT CAN WE DO FOR A NEW PRODUCT WHICH HAS NOT WVEN RUN FOR ONE MONTH, SIR MY RECEIPT NUMBER THROUGH WHICH I PAID THE AMOUNT IS 726 DT 12.12.2010, PLEASE HELP ME SIR
