I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Trendy Nano Vacuum Cleaner. When I opened the pack I found that two of the attachments missing. I registered a Complaint with them, 'TELLING THEM I AM READY TO PURCHASE THE SAME EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE WITH THE PRODUCT." I was given a Complaint Ref. No. 85257020 on 25 July, informing that service person will come to my place and provide me with the attachments. Till Aug 2 nobody turned up nor did anybody call me. Today i.e., Aug 16 I have again spoken to the concerned people at 18602661177 and 18602003434. Even though they are aware that nobody has attended to my complaint, they are still saying we will try and look into it. Is this how Eureka Forbes give service? Then God help the customers who buy their product.
