Complaint Details
I have an AMC for an RO water purifier by Eureka Forbes. R O people took
the AMC amount and promised to provide services under the AMC contract. Last year in AMC I faced huge problems and this after again my RO has not been working for the past 2 weeks - but RO People do not respond. They do not even answer the phone now. Everytime I call them they say - we will look into it. I am now having to buy water for a family of 6 people everyday - which is costing me a hell lot of money. Please help.
