Complaint Details
Water coming from purifier is smelling very bad, though there is no smell coming from tap. . . I registered first Complaint # 85267186 on 3rd Aug 2011 ,then registered another Complaint # 85327200 (on Call Center No.18602661177) on 11th Aug 2011, till date (14th Aug 2011) I have not received any response/service from Customer Service Dept. Purifier is still under warranty (Purchased 3 months back from Vijay Sales -Ghatkoper). I called at least 20 times on Service center number # 022-24784357 (Saaki Naka Andheri Service Center) and the executive always says someone will be there by that day evening.
