as we purchased elegant RO from the retailer eZone V3S East centre,laxmi nagar,new delhi-92, on 31/12/2010.the cover of the aquaguard was defected the retail people said that it will be changed after 2 days but its going to be 12 days and the cover is not yet changed.i am very upset with this kind of service.we don't get much time to call again and again.kindly consider this complaint and get that cover changed.
