Complaint Details
I have installed Eureka Forbes' Novagold water purifier at my home, and has an AMC, for the maitainance of the same.
The person responsible for the AMC, Mr. Amit Talewar, is not responding to the repeated calls.Eureka Forbes' helpline number is constantly busy, I am unable to get my water purifier serviced. Can you help to solve the problem?
