i have a aquaguard classic water purifier at home and done its amc effective from 09.06.2011 for two years at nagpur where the service engr mohan took a cheque of rs 1850 vide chq. no. 715064 in favor of EUREKA FORBES , nagpur cleared on 15.06.2011 and mentioned on the invoice that no candle or carbon has been changed and advised me to take the machine on transfer to durg at above address and get the amc activated as having paid the money the service can be done at durg by aquaguard. i have given all the documents to mr rawat 9302262246 at raipur for na but till date no servicing/ change of candle/carbon has been done. This is after the visit of ur service engr from raipur to my home at durg and verifying all the details and submission of docs , invoice and i have proof of payment and that no service is being given for ladst three months is unfair and i have paid up the amount of rs 1850.00. pl take immediate action at your end please and get my amc activated at durg on priority.
