A compaint was filed before the District consumer Forum against ICICI Bank to provide the statetmet of account against a loan against property on 10-4-2007 (419/2007)and case was decided in my favour on 22-2-10,without any statetment of account of ICICI bank.The Bank was approached by me in person as well by registered letter but all in vain.

Filed an application of noncompaince of the order and request to get the order executed on 14-7-10 (60/2010) before the District Consumer forum Forum.There are 7 adjournments and still the forum is awaiting to release their execution order.
I have not engaged the council and it seems that The District consumer forum hase taken me as ride.
Could you please advise for action to expedite the matter and get me free from the Harasment of The District Consumer Forum.
