i am confident that i have been delivered a display piece or older. infact the after sales services has not yet been offered to me.. installtion etc... i need action on the prodcut being delivered as there were no seal on the cover, the item protection sheet was removed, black dust within the appliance, toned protection sheets from the applicance... list goes on n on
