Complaint Details
The company is responsible for carrying out service for their product "Aquaguard" installed at our home. They claim to carry out the service within 24 hours after registering a complain. However on the past 3 occasions, there was no response from them for more than a week. In addition to this, the company starts avoiding phone calls. I hope a necessary action is taken and this and its not repeated in the future.
