Complaint Details
We were having water purifier for which service contract was renewed with the company for three years in January 2011. Inspite of various complaints no service was provided.This was done at the time of the earlier service contract also and assurance was given at the time of renewal that it would not be repeated. However, company has failed to provide service.We request for full refund of the amount paid as service contract charges alongwith interest.
