Complaint Details
Aqua guard installtion that was done has spoilt the unit with vibration and noise while working and we (customer) is asked to repair the unit with extra cost of replacing torn out parts. Infact this condition arose because the company service person has wrongly connected the unit and the Service people from the company dont respond to complaints. We bought the unit in Dec 2009 and requested for a reinstalltion in July cause we shifted the house. Since installation from August on we are continously calling the customer care to be finally cheated with a false assuration that they will send somebody to repair. We dont intend to pay for a faulty unit that has been spoilt by the company people who have installed/repaired it. We've also pleaded that we have a baby at home and water is very vital at home and thats the main reason we've bought an aqua guard model of eboiling+. Totally disappointed that 3 levels of escalations on their site also hasnt cuased much action to be taken from the eureka forbes management. Its one year that our compliant is still active with them. Kindly take strict action. Service request number is 716da5d49e18. This service request has all the history of details and pain we have faced with Eureka forbes servicing.
