Complaint Details
Its hard to write the experience i had while booking Bus ticket from site redbus.in, The details of ticket that is booked from delhi to haldwani and the bus type is "A/C Seater King long (2+2)", Though it was the ordinary one which made my journey hard while covering huge distance of 300KM.
Below is the description of bus:

1. AC was not working properly
2. Mosquito all around
3. It was raining so i found some drops on my head
4. Seat covers were stinking like anything

Now the biggest question is i was charged Rs. 675 while i found few near by my seat paid 300Rs for the same travel.

AM i cheated with money, comfort and false description at your side.

I have already written to them but no any responce has been found.
