Complaint Details
I have purchased refrigerator on 14.08.2011, model KFE -194 for Rs.7690/- by paying full amount after seeing the model displayed at Big Bazaar, Mega Mall, Andheri (West). I had received the item after great persuasion but in damaged conditions on 20.08.2011. Immediately, I had return the same to delivery boy who had brought the same with request to supply the items in good condition on the same day. But I could receive next day i.e. 21.08.2011, but the model is different i.e. KWE 183 which is lower and inferior model then what was purchased. I shall produce invoice/cash memo No.0000226 ST 4716 Ch:162874 Transaction No. 1515 dated 14.05.2011 duly indicate the model number which is computerised cash bill. I am really disappointed and frustrated. May direct the Manager, Big Bazar to replace it within reasonable time i.e. 7 days.
