I had purchased this Aquasure water purifier on Aug 2010 and from day one we have a complaint of leakage and bitter tasting water. We complained many times and they did send the service people but the service people could not help. I asked them to change the filters and they denied. I stay in Canada and had to leave in a months time and I had informed them about that but nothing was done from their end. Before going I gave them a call and asked them to come and get it done and gave them my parents number who live just below me in the same building. But then also nothing was done. Now this year I arrived on the 1st of Aug and on 2nd I complained about the filter for the same two reasons. We got a service person who came on the 6th and said he got everything fixed. The leakage was still there and the bitter taste never ever was gone.
They did send another service person, Mr. Mangesh on the 15th who also claimed that it purifier was repaired and I called him the next day to show him the leakage and also made him taste water.
He could not do anything so he sent his senior.
We told him and he too tasted the water and said he could not change the filters since the warranty period was over.
The leakage is also still there. We on our arrival had again told themethat we will be here for just a month and we want to get it repaired or changed but no one listened. I will be leaving in a weeks time and nothing is still done.
What image is India creating? I keep on boosting in Canada that our India is the best, is this way it is best? we spend Rs.13,000/ behind a purifier so that we can get good water to drink but I m sorry to say I cant give this water to visitors also. I have to bring water from my mummy's flat in order to drink and for visitors too. My husband and myself both are doctors and we get frequent visitors and this is our state in India. If we really want to improve India first please improve the consumers market. I am here till 31st of Aug, pls get my purifier changed. I purchased it from Home Town in Ishania mall, Pune.
When contacted there they send us to Eureka Forbes. What do we do?
