Dear Sir,
I have been purchased Infinity aquaguard system
No.1224106006017295 from Eureka Forbers on 16.07.10. I had called up local dealer for regular service on 09.08.11 -they depute service person at my residence on 14.08.11. It is surprise that the service person just entered into my house and without observing/touching machine advised us to change the machine cartreges which is costing Rs.750/- + ser.charges or go for AMC which will cost Rs.1400/- I realized that he is doing something wrong because without observing machine and finding fault how he is advising to change cartreges which are being provided by the reputed company like eureka forbes. Is the quality of cartraiges given by Eureka is poor? Or local dealers are trying to loot the customers?
Due to this suspicious behaviour of service person I called Eureka Forbes customer care on 17.08.11 and requested them to send any sr.ser.person -cmplnt # 63352720 - Commitment of attending complaint within 24 hrs - No response till 20.08.11 - again called on 20.08.11 - discussion Ref.No.85374937 - Soft commitment of attending complain on same day - No response till today - Today i.e on 22.08.11 against called customer care discussion ref.no.63400778 - got commitment that complaint will be attend today itself at any cost.
Further would like to mentioned that there is no scope or provision to enable customer to write directly to the responsible company person about this kind of harrasment.
