Hi,
I have raised a service request (call center / online) to fix my broken vacuum cleaner with the Manufacturer (Eureka Forbes). It has been more than a month and not action has been taken. An escalation process has been laid out in their website (http://www.eurekaforbes.com/servicerequeststeps.aspx) which is ignored.
The initial complaint was on early July. On July 24th a second complaint has been registered (SR number 9972093346). No action has been taken. No one has reached me to fix the issue. I have made repeated calls to call center to hear empty promises.
Please help.
