I booked through online aquaguard machine on 9th of august. To my surprise, the sales man called next day morning around 7 and fixed up appointment.He came on 10th and explained about the details of the machine. When I said i will think over and buy two days later he asked me to book with some advance and buy later. Hence I gave the advance, and he promised me to deliver within a day. but after making many calls and complaints in the help line, machine was delivered on 20th( after 10 days of booking)and collected the payment. and the sales executive said it will be installed on the same day itself. But even after 3 days it has not been installed, and whenever I call the help line they apologize and take register the complain assuring they will send someone to install before evening. Can someone take action, or atleast return my hard earned money and take back the machine.
