Complaint Details
I purchased RO Enhance water purified from Eureka Forbes on 20/7/2011. Unit was installed on 21/7/2011. It is a storage water purifier and after filling the water in the waste pipe should stop. However, it was not happening. The same was brought to the notice of the technician. He asked us to monitor for a few days. The problem however persisted. In the first week of August, the unit started leaking and overflowing. When the technician was contacted I was advised to call their service desk, the allindia phone number 39883333. Calls to that number, the service centre, the sales head have not borne any fruit till now. They refuse to replace the unit and say that they will only change the part. Even that is not done even after logging the service request more than 10 days ago. The sales personnel blame the service staff and the service staff blame the sales team. My service request continues to remain pending.
In view of the above, I feel that I was given a defective piece and even after bringing the problem to their notice, they have not taken any action nor have they given the service.
I request that suitable action should be taken against the company for all the mental agony that I have suffered owing to the apathy of the company.
