Complaint Details
I bought a vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes.The sales person who delivered the product promised to arrange for a demo by a technician to explain us how to use the product. Despite several phone reminders and email requests, no one bothered to turn up. A technician did come to my house on August 14th. But he did a shoddy job and did not do a good job at demonstrating the use of the product. I escalated the issue to Ms. Vinath Hegde but she has not bothered to respond to my request. The web service request ticket number is abc8258d5396. I request you to initiate action against Eureka Forbes for failing to provide desired after sales service.
