Complaint Details
I purchased a RO type water Purifier( RO PROTECT, Machine no 6001632) in Dec 2009. Since then no service is provided, though free service was committed at the time of purchase of machine.Last year I lodged an online complaint with the company,but nobody cared for my problem.Presently the machine is out of order for the last about one week.There is no service centre in the city.The persons who sold the machine,when contacted only gave assurances on mobile but so far no service has been provided.I am totally helpless & don't know what to do?.I am feeling cheated and have lost faith in the company.
