i have taken yearly AMC contract in february 2011 and my RO machine is not working since last 2 months. I have contacted to local office to Mr. Ashok Tiwari on ph no 9300060325. and complaint about the service engineer has changed our original membrane and insert 1 duplicate membrane to our machine. and also contact to regional head on ph. no 7489601303-04. After that my RO is not working and smelly and dirty water is coming then wats the use of executing the AMC contract with the company. If i didn't get positive response from co. immediately i have no choice other than sue the co. to consumer court
