Complaint Details
Eureka Forbes engineer came for servicing my wet and dry vacuum cleaner. He put the wire around the fuse and switched the power supply on resulting in spark in the motor and burning smell. He did not check the motor or connection with motor before switching the power on. I complained three times to service personal but no one show up for the service and take the responsibility.
