Hello, we have purchased RO of Euroka fobes & got some techincal problem many times. however we got rectified from one of the service provider as nominated by euroka fobes & this problem was told us with one year gurantee. However we got sam etechincal problem for which it got rectified & paid for one year gurantee. But now they are not ready to listen, infact they are asking bribe from us for the same & not ready to change due to the same. Service provider record as attached for which we paid. Please help?
