Complaint Details
I had lodged a complaint on 19th August 2011 regarding the rectification of defect in my water purifier Aquaguard Classic, the complaint number being 85367311 dated 19th Aug 2011. Since then the customer care executive have been responding that my complaint will be redressed today,everyday, but the water purifier has not been attended or rectified till date.Kindly arrange to provide me the details leading to in-ordinate delay.
