Complaint Details
My vehicle got damaged in an accident on 15th August and I submitted the vehicle for repair on 25th august at tejaswi motors hyderabad. Front bumper and side door needed replacement. However the insurance company only allowed the claim for side door and disallowed the front bumper stating that the damage might have happened at different points in time. I am completely stumped by this illogical reasoning
