sir,
I purchased an Aqua sure(nano) RO system on 28.11.2010 at STAR Electronics ,TIRUPUR. ( Installed on 30.11.2010).

From the first day onwards it was problematic to me. one hour after installation i complained about the problem of overflowing.

The service person adjusted the relay switch and made it temperarily ready.

After one month the same problem , again service man came and made it ready.

Again and again the same problem coming for the past three months.

No one is turned up for service. We fed up with your machine.

My machine is not working now . We ,our family is totally disappointed.

we are wasting our time and money by calling them.

Is this your way of maintaining a customer?. The service people here are totally non responsible.

Can you give me a solution ??

I am tottally not satified with the service which i am getting here.

Either you replace the machine or refund my money as per your convenience.

Attached the parchase bill for your ref.
