1).This is to explain hear that,Complainant Native at-Khairi(pat),Ta-Lakhandur,Dist-Bhandara, State-Maharashtra.and apposite complainant 01to 08 are Native at above mention address of the company at different places of India.Apposite Complainant Companys are related to their defferent kinds of products and they are used to me for their misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved.I mentioned here that there is no any agreement Between complainant and non complainant to use advertising and awareness purposes activities.There for I submitted complainant to the Adverting Standers Counsil of India with the help Complaint what's app and Some on with help email ID address contact@ascionline.in and office registered there.Out of these 3)Patanjali Yogpith Complaints tracking I'd is 151629370607398 व 151629370663756
6)Ultra tech cement Company Complaints provide by ASCI dated on - 19/08/2021and Tracking I'd is 151629370605311 and 151629370661972 but next date -20/08/2021 Riddhi Dharod CEO officer change there opinion Acknowledge and it's says "that this is not included under ASCI Code".I submitted Acknowledge ment answer of the above by the email on dated 20/08/2021 and I am mentioned that Such type complaint not possible to submit on other departments.This is Misleading advertising and awareness purposes activities and intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved but they are unable to listen me.This is not included under Human Rights behavior.This is also consumer rights failure activities agains me and Company product Rights.I am complaity collapsed dry to the response of the Chief Executive officer duty and responsibility where to submit this type of complaints.I have read all ASCI codes and understand it carefully but my complaints already misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights failure attack.But CEO not agree to such kinds of the phenomenon.I request for the registration and there submission lastly according to their proof such post,poster,video clips,and banners advertisement but they are not legally agree against with me.Indian company expend there on carror rupees for their advertising,advertiser,ambisidor and advertising that's products and earn carror rupees.I am brain attack communication and vision live telecast communication person and advertise to have company product at home and social morality.All company follow to me for their advertising and popularity contest and address to all world still no morality value even I am popular due to brain to brain and vision live telecast communication and broadcasting. 2. 2.There no.any Agreement/power/Assistment between complainant and non complainant related to the Advertsing Standers and awareness purposes activities there for this is all included uneder misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved.There for I submitted complaints to the Advertising Standards Council of India.Opposite parties 2 to 8 are responsible for misleading advertisement and they advertise to there company relies poster, company product,persional advertising and they use to me for their man usefulness,intelluctual property rights and Human Rights failure attack.I am Brain attack and body open sensation with vision live telecast communication and broadcasting person and there for they used to me and also public to me,and advertising by me also continuesly.This is also not including under the ASCI Indian Standers Counsil of India Code .But elligaly they used to me without any agreement,payment or without any advertising Value,They misused to me last 8 to10 years before but no expenditure on me.There for I charges on bellow companys on the basis of Misleading advertising, awearnes and broadcasting to me at over the world and each and every houses of the Indian with the help of TV channels,news paper and social poster and banners advertising of the related companys.There for according to the Advertising Standards Counsil of India.They are misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights failure.There for All above mentioned companys are responsible for physical,mental and psychology,economical ,Social harassment advertising and Insutancy value.

3.Advertising standards council of India responsible for there Consumer and consumer misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights failure attack complaints but they are not legally agreed against me complaint dated on complainant what's app no.7710012345 dated on 13/08/2021 and email complaint dated on 26/08/2021. Non compliantant 01To 08 Fully responsible for delivering to me for their misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved because there no agreement between complainant and non complainant there for threatening the brain attack and vision live telecast communication advertising and awareness purposes activities.They used to me from last 8 To 10 Years and this manusefullness activity against me.There for I noticed him to ASCI chief executive officer Riddhi Dhorod for their enquiry and actions against him on mobile no.+91 9969820528 on dated 24/08/2021 and 04/09/2021 respectively but there no chance to get awake and punishment to such kinds of the phenomenon appears on social networks goddess and wellness rights to me.There for(ASCI)Advertising Standers Council of India are fully responsible for the mental,physical harassment,benefit losses value and others 7 non compliantant Chargers.

4.Apposite Parties -1)ASCIand(2)To(8)are responsible to do according to ASCI code but they are not legally action against the such kinds of the treatment.There complainant complatly collapse by the mental,physical and psychologicaly and punish by the losses of here benefit and insulting value recovery.I am brain attack and brain to brain and vision live telecast communication person.They are advertising and broadcasting person,they advertising to all such as TV program,TV news,Advertisment,News paper reading,Social discussion and Social programs also.This is one of the best media of the Advertisement and miss broadcasting and there for Some Company has manusefulness to for their advertising and awareness purposes activities but this is all included under intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved.They used to me last 08 to 10 years but no any chance to agreement/acknowlegment and they purchase to me without any cast/values.Man usefulness and misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities start from last
30/12/2011.There for Misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities and insulting value recovery are following way--

Complainant 02 to 08-Advertisment to me for their Brain attack communication and vision live telecast communication last 08-10 years but there no agreement / business purposes activities related to the ASCI or Company rules and regulations acts.There for this is submitted to the In the Court of National Consumer Redressal Commission New Delhi for their judgement.

I am notice him at time of intervals and acknowledgement submitted their dated on 23/08/2021 and 26/08/2021 and mobile cell dated on 24/08/2021 and 04/09/2021 for enquiry and actions against the misleading advertising and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights failure attack.
