I have registered a service complaint regarding the non functioning of my newly purchased water purifier on 31/08/2021with Eurekaforbes.

I have purchased extended warranty also.
Details of complaint
Till last month, the said water purifier functioned satisfactorly. But after that for the last 18 days, it stopped functioning.
After the registration of complaints, I have made repeated phone calls to toll free number for getting the service. But I have not got any service.
Then I escalated the matter by sending mail to deepa. customercare on 05/09/2021, but that also not resolved my problem. I got a follow up request number 0114766905.
After that also I contacted over phone and above mail for several times, but got disappointed.
As in our area, good filtration of water is very essential and I live with my small kids.
I will appreciate your immediate action in this regard for the good health of my family.
