Sir, we ordered an HP laptop from Reliance Digital Online Portal with Order No. RDF17411868. Before placing an order and making a payment, we entered our company's GST information in order to receive an input tax credit (screenshot attached). However, we received an invoice that did not include our company's GST information. Therefore, we have filed multiple times complaints i.e. COM01176139 and PRI01196533. But the reliance digital, on the other hand, refuses to issue a revised invoice. We lost Rs. 8,999/- in input credit as a result of this Reliance Digital act, which was not our fault. Invoice copy and screenshot of order is attached herewith for your kind reference. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
