Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I got a Water Filer NFRO system 2 years back. On July 2011 a service representative came and said we need to change the filters and you need to pay 6000/- which will cove rthe annual service contract at the end of the year you will be replaced with a new filter free of charge. On servicing this request he changed the three set of filters for 4 filter he wasnt having the stock and he said he would replace it very next day. I paid him the cheque for 6000/- and this person never turned up. No reposne even after repeat calls. Raised a complaint and the person who attended doeant accept it and he walks away. I'm having a system where one filter is completely gone. Please help me out in resolving this issue.My product is registered with my mobile no 9845357784
