I purchased the products from this shop and at the billing counter their card machine was not working so I asked them for Gpay so they said okk scan when I scanned for my Billing amount of Rs730 ,the money successfully got transferred and I got the receipt too for the same but as they had some receipt issue of the machine so they denied giving my products to me saying we haven't received. Though I showed them my gpay receipt which clearly showed payment successful done and also I showed them my bank statement. Still they made me wait for more than 1 hour for this thing and still did not Managed to solve and said come tomorrow and we will solve it and I left the store without taking my product so I asked them to give in written, when today I called them back that I am coming they are saying no the problem haven't solved come tomorrow. I should I wait when the payment is done I have proof too
