Complaint Details
I was there in Ikea to but some for my self, on sunday 19th September around 8:15pm, while i ask for a shopping bag to carry my purchase cashier asked me to pay Rs. 20 for a bag which has their logo printed on that, i have no other choice to pay as i spend long time to choose some product from their store. when i asked to cashier this shouldnt be charge, he said sir this is for sale only, elee u can take this til parking and put in ur car. i have attached the bill copy as well as paper bag picture
