We purchased Honda City VX i-vtech auto transmission on December 2015. In the last couple of months, we have observed that all the four inside mats of the car have become completely wet during rains despite the car being completely shut at all occasions. We had even sent the car to the Authorised dealer in Ring Road Honda, Peera Garhi (New Delhi, India) to rectify the problem but still the car is getting repeatedly wet from inside during rains. A video of our car highlighting the problem is also attached for your reference. Similarly, the front display panel also got some moisture on the inside as shown in the attached photograph.

It seems that there is some major manufacturing defect in the car which is leading to the same as the problem is repeatedly occurring even after service from Authorised Dealers. You are requested to kindly recall this particular car and replace with a new one at the most urgent basis.
