Complaint Details
I have purchased washing machine in the month of march 2021 and installed on 01.04.2021, it was working fine for the first month later on issue started that is the complete machine will vibrate heavily during the spin process when I noticed this immediately I have raised a complaint based on that repaired, but again and again issue is coming, till now I have raised more than seven complaints for repair request, from samsung company side they have replaced so many spares parts for my new machine, they couldn't find the root cause for the problem they are working as trial and error method. kindly take action on this for delivering non certified/ non tested products to customer.
