My Water purifier is under AMC, Purifier is malfunctioning since long and goes under breakdown quite frequently. With the latest complaint service representative confirmed on Aug26 that the feature of flushing provided in the water purifier is not working and it is a redundant feature!! This was really astonishing to me because this feature was the usp when I bought it.
Technicians take some shortcuts and not actually resolving the problem, Water purifier goes under breakdown quite frequently. They attend the call after 4 days. This is becoming frustrating to me now. Kindly help.
