Complaint Details -This is to explain here that Complainant Native at -Khairi(pat),Ta-Lakhandur,Dist-Bhandara,State-Maharashtra and Apposite Complainant 1.Chennai Super Kings limited (CSK)Native head office At-Chennai.I am Complainant Filling the Complaints against Non Complainant Chenni Super Kings (CSK)cricket team take part in the tournament like the Indian premier league (IPL)and Chamipion league T20.Includs there CSK IPL captain Mr.M.S.Dhoni and Team Players and win the traphi 2021 heald dated on-15/10/2021.I am Indian brain attack communication and vision live telecast communication person communicat and vision live telecast to all,and who are observe by because of my body open sensation and sensation sponsored by me also.This is very sensitive and effective manmedia of the broadcasting,advertising and awareness purposes activities.Chennai Super Kings company and Crecket Team Mr.M.S.Dhoni and Others Used to me for their advertising and awareness purposes activities from last 10 years for there Advertising and awareness purposes activities and broadcasting fo the Cricket Company Advertising (CSK) Team work,Cricket matches and Cricketors for their advertising and awareness purposes and broadcasting for there misleading advertising and awareness purposes activities and broadcasting foundation new on television,News paper, Facebook and instagram post advertising who include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights.I have mentioned here that there is no agreement/Assiment between the Complaint and non compliant copy used to me for their advertising and awareness purposes activities. Company Expend there carror rupees on there Advertising,Advertiser,Ambissidor and advertising that's Company Work Cricket Thre for I am submitting complaint to the Consumer complaint Redressal council of India.

2.There no.any Agreement/power/Assistment between complainant and non complainant related to the accordion to consumer protection rights 1986 and 1991 failure and they are uneder misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved.There for I submitted complaints to the Advertising Standards Council of India Codes failure.Opposite parties (1) are responsible for misleading advertisement and they advertise to there company relies poster, company product,persional advertising and they use to me for their man usefulness,intelluctual property rights and Human Rights failure attack.I am Brain attack and body open sensation with vision live telecast communication and broadcasting person and there for they used to me and also public to me,and advertising by me also continuesly..But elligaly they used to me without any agreement, payment or without any advertising Value,They misused to me last 8 to10 years before but no expenditure on me.There for I charges on bellow companys on the basis of Misleading advertising, awearnes and broadcasting to me at over the world and each and every houses of the Indian with the help of TV channels,News paper and social poster and banners advertising of the related companys.There for according to the Advertising Standards Counsil of India and Consumer protection rights.They are misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights failure.There for All above mentioned companys are responsible for physical,mental and psychology,economical ,Social harassment advertising and Insutancy value.

3)I am Complainant Pramod Rajaram Thengadi Currently Submitted the complaints against above mention company (CSK) who are the IPL winner mach 2021 and win the trafi of 20 carror rupees and apposite team (KKR)12.5 carror rupees and advertising to me for there advertising and awareness purposes activities for there popularity and awareness and also advertise to me in different kinds of advertising per second 15 to17 lacks and IPl session advertisement Charges and they used to me because of Brain to brain communication and vision live telecast communication very sensitive and attractive and effective media means and very nice viral way of broadcasting.This is also very sensitive way of education,advertising awearness and Spryding of the Any Company or Media Network.
Importantly I mentioned here that. I have also advertise to television program and news paper,facepost,istragram post,Road poster and banner contineusly.There for advertising by its randomly and continuesly there for this is very interesting facts of the any company to used me for there advertising.But this all manbadfull usefulness activities include under without any Charges or without any expenditure on me and without any energy. There for CSK complainant (1)Consumer Rights failure and Advertising standers code failure and Fully responsible for the mental,physical harassment,Benificial losses and insulting value recovery and others(1)non compliantant related company Charges I am brain attack communication and vision live telecast communication person objection to such kinds of the treatment and blackmailing and black faith produces phenomenon and not include under intellectual property rights and Human Rights reserved.There for I request to the CCRCI punishment to him for their misleading advertisement and awareness purposes activities on such a way.

Advertising charges,physical and mentally harassment charges are 10,000000(Ten carror)Rupees on(CSK)complainant no.1and judgment to me.
