I placed a return for the product I ordered the next day,no one ever came to pick up the goods to be returned and the message that I was the one not at home keeps displaying on the app.
I contacted the customer service multiple times over the course of 15 days but to no avail. The return window is still open, and I need assistance in returning the product and getting my refund.
