From 24Aug;11 person not replace the part.Not only that Mr.Shinde not lifting the phone today.At time of servicing he promise that one part of water filter to be change tomorrow ie.24thAug; from 25th Aug; we phone him every day, but he can not replace this part till 29th Aug; 11.25AM. We also phone to your office on Ph.020-25881991/2/3 Ms. Amrpali madam take the phone & hold the line 10 to 15 M. She said she send the complete to con-sen person, but who is con-son person he do not no. She is not given the higher authority phone number nor mobile no. she have not phone number & Mobile. We take complaint number from your site & from complaint number we get the MS. Sangita madam's mobile number but three/four time we call him but only two time she take the phone and said "Thodi derkebad phone karo".[phone after some time]we specifically told to Mr. Shinde M.No.9921163009,that our is close on 27 & 28 th Aug;11 Sat;& Sunday. Please Consider our compliant on urgent basis.
