Dear Sirs,

This is YOGANANTH.P, Writing this from Kovaipudur ( Coimbatore), Tamilnadu.

Self has hired a residential maid from SREE MATHI HOME CARE Alias " SRI OHM SAKTHI HOME CARES ". As per the contract service company has to provide replacement maids in case present maid takes leave.

But the service company refused to arrange replacement maids and cited Diwali as a reason. Self has actually approached this service company due to my ailing limping mother. Have explained the company proprietor Mr. Venkatraman about the same while paying 15000 INR towards the service fee for 6 months.

Even then he failed to entertain his own commitments, Because of this i had to solely take care of my mother at number of occasions. since he could not fulfill his promise i asked him to pay me back my money with compensation ( 15000 + compensation 15000 , total = 30000 INR ). But he refuses to pay back.

Therefore i humbly request your good office to Kindly take necessary action against him and arrange to get my money back ( 30000 INR).
