Refer attachments, It's already 21 days, why are you not refunding the interest amount of Rs. 646, which has already been refunded by Spicejet Airline, plz clarify? In spite of 4-5 mails, there is no single satisfactory reply from your end, the very worst service among all travel agencies! Even though I have called customer service 4-5 times, there is neither a solution nor any call back from the refund team yet; as committed.
