Dear Sirs,
I had complaint of the below fraud to Mr.Modi also more than a month but nothing has been done. I approached the Cyber crime police and they told me that they take up cases of over Rs 10 lakh. The Charkop police said they take up matters of over Rs 1 lakh and below that, we will have to get it recovered from the banks. My transaction was done in Kotak Bank and they say that they are checking but nothing is really expected as the SBI where the money was deposited allowed the beneficiary name to be changed. So it seems all is lost but today when saw the article that PM Modi has started the RBI ombudsman scheme, I sense some hope of retrieval o the money. Please see the complaint details below as also the attachments of the complaint given to PM Modi & Charkop Police.

Due to the negligence of the RBI, we have been defrauded by Rs 25000 and I believe that across the country 1000s of people are getting looted by a loose banking system management under the RBI. They must be held accountable and corrective steps taken on a war footing immediately.
My son wanted to buy an e-bike and had shortlisted Revolt RV 400 bike but 1 month back it was out of stock after subsidy was announced by the govt. On 27th Sep, when he was browsing to check whether the bike was available and the 1st website that got listed, he clicked on that. The payment beneficiary created was in the name of “Revolt Intellicorp Pvt Ltd” and so I did not sense any problem and transferred Rs 25000 as the booking amount for the bike. But next day when the person kept on asking for more money, I sensed something fishy and checked the bank statement and the beneficiary name was “Jugnu” and realised that it was a pure fraud
Please do not to allow any beneficiary name to be changed and make the banks responsible to recover our money within the next 14 days.
