I had raised a service request for the Aquaflo DX (customer id 1000856213, AMC validity Feb 2012) on 17 Aug 2011 (request no. 5757ff0bd810 and 85354178). As expected, the same was not attended to. Subsequently, the complaint was escalated to Mumbai office on 22 Aug 2011 (Ms Seema). Again only assurance and no response thereafter. Due to such shoddy service, I decided to dump the machine and terminate AMC. The same was communicated via complaint escalation under step 2 (24 Aug 2011) and Step 3 on 27 Aug 2011.
This is not the first time this has happened. Despite the machine under AMC, I was forced to purchase water for my daily needs. Due to the pathetic and deficient service from Eureka Forbes, I have decided not to buy any EF product in the future and unilaterally terminate the AMC (effective 25 Aug 2011).
Would request refund of the balance AMC amount without any further delay.
