I own a water purifier Model: Nova.
It is under service contract.
Having shifted from Mumbai to Pune in February, I called them for water leakage. One person came on without prior intimation despite my instructions to call & come since we are all working members in the family. After that I have given complaints several times but till date no one has come. Latest complaint no. is 0063395161 dt 21-8-2011. They keep promising me that my complaint is given on top priority basis to the service dept but noboby has attended to my machine. Kly do the needful & oblige
