Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I had policy with Citrus Check-Inns Ltd effective from 2012 maturity after 6 years.
I have paid Rs 1500 every month till 2018.

I was promised of holiday stay or Refund upon maturity. I have not used the holiday package. Now the company is not making refund amount.

Kindly look into this complaint. It is our hard earned money and we are facing lots of problem during this COVID situation too.
