Complaint Details
I had registered a complaint regarding my TCL TV not working on 10/10/2021.The technician visited and said TV will be replaced as it is under warranty.Its been over 2 months no action has been taken.Whenever I call the customer service they always say it will be done in 2 days but that never happens.I have even mailed them multiple times regarding the same but to no resort.
