Complaint Details
Vide ref. ID no.811AS00517B1492 we gave 1 Fast track watch for repair since the strap was torn and to put new strap. The said voucher states the repair would be done before 20th Aug.2011 or replace the watch. We gave the watch with guarantee card. Every time they are postponing and things are not moving. My son's exams are nearing and he needs watch urgently. Hence, please redress my grievance.
